Vodafone is bleeding money! Fresh captial infusion looks bleak., They have a history of firing people when things go south.

Bro , i wanted to switch it , i am trying for Salesforce.
May be in near term j could switch it , as this technology is ver near to siebel.
But in reality such firing never faced yet, i belive companies kick out them.most who do not do much.
I vois I heard that minimum hike per year will be 7-8%.
Variable will be good enough at least 100%
Gratuity is paid separately not part of CTC
Insurance is not part of CTC
I see from growth perspective it's much more you can get in Vodafone.
Being a senior executive got a hike of 10% within a year of joining. So probably you can expect hike abt 10-20%
L&T have really bad leave policy indy is better in all respect
