Neova Solutions: ₹30(26 fixed +4 variable) LPA + ₹2L joining bonus, quarterly office visit to Pune.

NTT DATA: ₹33 LPA (₹29L fixed + ₹4L variable), fully remote but permanent late evening shift.

I also have LTM and Deloitte interview processes in progress.

Considering learning, career growth, job stability, and work-life balance, which would you choose? Would you accept one of these offers or wait for LTIMindtree/Deloitte? Any insights are appreciated.

When negotiating a new job, how do you approach the signing bonus conversation and the relocation expenses conversation?

I received a recognition in September and later in October month I resigned. Is there any policy that if associate has raised separation from Accenture then he will not receive any hike or variable bonus even if his last working day is in Jan 2022?

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. It’s LA based & content/digital production. I’m not a fan of hourly rates, but I don’t want to lose the gig or end up agreeing to less days than I actually end up working..

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?
