Accenture( Senior Analyst) - 12 Lpa fixed + 2.5 Lpa Variable + 1.2 JB
ITC infotech (Associate Consultant) - 16 LPA fixed
PTC(Software Specialist) - 15 LPA fixed.

Any lead would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

I don't know why but lately since the second wave of the pandemic has started, I have been feeling very overwhelmed at work. My manager is mostly a supportive and smart person but due to recent changes in teams his workload has also increased a bit.

I had an offer from Company A but joined Company B last week.
Company A had sent joining kit (Mug, tea bags, notes) and Laptop a month ago and last week I received another welcome kit (t shirt, headphone etc).
Now I've been asking them to have someone pick these things up but no one has responded yet.
My friends are telling me to send just the laptop and keep other stuff, as those are trivial.
Ethically I'd send all the stuff but what are you thoughts on this?
