Hi fishes, I joined as an SA last year in team that was called transformation (ops, customer, finance). My pay is around 20L fixed, however I think this is less for my level in the same team. I am trying to push for hike so wanted understand what the range for SA is for MBA folks in transformation or management consulting practice. Any direction will be helpful.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
