I need some career guidance. I am working as an L2 Support engineer in Salesforce Commerce Cloud domain. Switching company seems difficult as I don't see much hirings for SFCC. Most of the hiring is for SFDC. I have good coding skills and want to switch to a more technical side but companies won't offer any such job without experience. Salesforce Certifications are too expensive and I am not getting any vouchers either. Can someone please guide how I should move forward in my career?

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.
