I am currently with cts which is my second company. I have total of 11.5 YOE. My tech is mainframe technical designer. Also i do a bit of project management as well. I do hold Ins21,22,23 certification + PMP Certification + CSM certification.

My total CTC is 22.6 LPA which includes everything ( Insurance/ Variable pay/ Gratuity).

Am i with par with market ? Is it possible for me to get any opportunities outside ? Any possibilities in FAANG or Big4 ?

Recently, I got promotion and hike as well. So now the offer @Infosys is merely 34% of my revised salary.

Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive.
