I'm looking for a job change preferably in a startup. Luckily, got one offer from a startup last week.
If I wait, I'll definitely have a chance to go on site in current company.
I'm not much interested going on site right now, as my aspiration is to learn from a startup and then look going abroad.
But well wishers suggest me not to go on startups and want me to go onsite.
I'm confused and want different views to make my decision.

I started out as a graphic designer. Worked for about 4yrs in different roles. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Does Deloitte India (not Deloitte USI) ever cancel on the job offer they have given (like cancelling on the candidate at the last moment, well after releasing the offer letter)?

Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?
