I got an offer from a company A with 90% increment on CTC and in other company B at 130% increment on CTC. I'm totally confused which one to choose. Here are some pointers regarding the two:
1)A has both fixed and variable whereas B has fixed. So 130% will be fixed.
2)A is brand company B is paying really well.
3)B has sure short onsite opportunities.
Not sure which one to go for. Any help/suggestion would be great..

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. I am not understand that message. I entered my housing rent on portal..

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

I had HR Discussion today with Capgemini for Consultant (B2) role
YOE : 5 years
Technology : Data visualisation
Current CTC : 7LPA
Offered CTC : 10LPA(Fixed)
After a long discussion also the HR didn't agree more than this.
Is this maximum they pay? Kindly any guide me

During wfh since last 1.5 years, I've put on a lot of weight and walking has been reduced to 500 steps.

Any suggestions what I can do differently to make my lifestyle active again.
Gym is not an option for me as there are no gyms in my town.

Current fixed is 9.80 variable is around 80k as per 2020.

FOR 2021 the Hike letters are few days away.

I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.
