I was interviewed by people in TCS, technical round is completed, they said they will revert back and said that I am shortlisted and the HR will reach out to me the next week, it's been more than 2 weeks now, no HR has reached out from TCS for me for the role of a full stack developer. I didn't receive any rejection email as well. What should I assume? Will they be getting back? I know that them not getting back to me is a sign I am not shortlisted, but the manager said that I am in.

My role sr SQL developer I resigned the current job GOT ROLE in FICO child org as a solution integration consultant role -(AWS,PENTAHO ,SQL we will be using ) -offered CTC 25 fixed + 1L JB + 2.5 BONUS + 0.5 L WFH SETUP = total 29LPA if everything will go smoothly ( bonus vary with comp growth it can be between 1.8L to 2.5l .so final CTC will get down to 28LPA as well - Bangalore but WFH ).Current org retain with 25L +2 LP VARIABLE HYDERABAD COMPANY
