My team and I have been working over time a lot for more than 2 weeks now. I do not think that we only deserve OT pay after everything. I hate how my manager thinks that we will be fine soon, and I do not have to worry once the new hires get onboard. How about those hard work we did? I feel like the things we have done are undervalued. The amount of exhaustion and anxiety I have right now cannot be paid by such. Not to mention it ruined my body clock now too. Hello I just started my first job (I’m 22) and I need to set up a 401k for matching with my company. I’m really confused how this works because I want to try to hit the IRS maximum of $19,500 for Roth contributions this year. Maybe it’s too late in the year now, but it’s asking me to pick my desired contribution % per pay period, but I’m not sure how much to do because it says it’ll kick in 1-2 pay cycles and I don’t even know when the next pay check comes yet. Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

My L visa has expired and the renewal is not yet approved. The lawyer told me that since we applied for renewal, pending approval my work authorization is extended for a another 240 days. Now, can i still renew my driving license if my i 94 is expired?
