Although I haven’t received many interview opportunities for Data Engineer roles, as of now I have two offers one from Yash Technologies and another from Tech Mahindra both offering ₹15 LPA for 3.9 years of experience. Which one should i join.

Does anyone have thoughts on RPAG? Is it worth the cost? Is there something better?

My company has been downsizing due to back to back revenue loss caused by the inflation.
Unfortunately, I'm the latest to suffer a job loss due to this.
I'm open to a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Snr Project Manager roles.
I have PMP, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Scrum Master & Practitioner certifications.
I've worked in AdTech, Digital Transformation, Consulting & Automotive Tech.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher.
