share screenshot of salary breakup by blurring the company name
Only salary break up will do

You can tell the name verbally. If HR is not convinced and you are really interested in this opportunity then you can send the offer letter.

Sometimes HRs won't agree without company name. They want to ensure candidate is not bluffing HR
It's not required, but most of the company's ask for this. Even Hitachi Vantara which seems to be your current company asked me to share the same. It's on you if you can convince them to share the offer letter without sharing the other offer letter with them.
Yes..they ask the entire offer letter to ensure it belongs to you.
Else, anyone can show someone else offer letter
At the time of getting your first offer- Almost everyone shares their current company's offer. It's kind of mandatory even that is confidential.
So you may share your offers in hand to get counter offers.
All the best!
I don't think it's needed. If they really want to offer, only the screenshot of the offer amount/break up should do.
Ask them to drop you an email on how the full offer - which is your protected personal information - is going to be used. If they do and you have any follow up questions questions, have those clarified over email too.
If you are satisfied with their responses and their behavior through all this, share the document and join - they're probably an okay company to play this ethically.
Cheers and all the best!

Its no big issue it has become a common practice now since 80% of job searching candidates are easily holding 2-3 offers, you can share without any issue.
Share the screenshot of salary breakup, no need to share company name.
