I have cleared all rounds in sapient and now my recruiter is telling me that they will release my offer letter only 1 day before my joining date, currently he is just giving ctc breakup over mail and verbal confirmation. Please suggest can I believe on their words and is this normal in Sapient??

Is there delay happening getting offer from IBM recently ?

Hi everyone, I have successfully completed all the tech rounds, hiring manager and hr round at a company. In the HR round, the guy asked me to mail him my documents like current company offer letter, 3 months salary slip, offer in hand etc. and my expected CTC. He said they will get back to me in 2 working days but they haven't yet. How long should I wait to check with them? And is this some strategy HRs use to see if you are desperate for the job or somehow get your expected CTC down?

Hey Fishes, I was working in an MNC for 2.8 years with 3.6 ctc as a Frontend Developer but the experience was quite good as I had good level of responsibilities. Eventually I had to leave because the salary was very low, later i got into Paytm with same role ( 9 + 1 ctc) work is good but there’s not much responsibility. Luckily after 5 months my previous company manager contacted me saying that they want me back and will be providing me 11.25 ctc including 5% variable. What should I do?
