Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

I recently became an Anaplan Certified Level 1 Model Builder and have been applying to a lot of roles. Does anyone have any recommendation on companies to apply to and a range that is suitable with that certification? So far I have applied to the the big four consulting firms and Fintech companies.

Going by current trend nothing less than 30LPA is considered good. There was a time back in 2019, when 12 LPA used to carry esteem and a major milestone for everyone, but now its synonym with lowballing and below ones worth.

Hi everyone, I have successfully completed all the tech rounds, hiring manager and hr round at a company. In the HR round, the guy asked me to mail him my documents like current company offer letter, 3 months salary slip, offer in hand etc. and my expected CTC. He said they will get back to me in 2 working days but they haven't yet. How long should I wait to check with them? And is this some strategy HRs use to see if you are desperate for the job or somehow get your expected CTC down?

Just wanted to understand theory behind it... Most of the company for exp lnt did... Lnt took 1st round the interview only 2 question and said u cleared and now after that 10 days 20 days.. They are just saying we will schedule 2 nd round... What's the reason behind it?... Is this true that they are not getting interviewer time slots... Or what can be actual reason behind this.. Taking 1st round hold people for 2 nd round?
