Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

Is that correct?

If someone got an offer from DXC but currently is working in Accenture in level 10 with 6 years of experience, shall they switch or stick with Accenture? Its only been 6 months with Accenture though.
