I've been applying to jobs in Europe for a while now with little success.

Can someone, with experience in this regard throw light on how can we secure a role directly from India (without going to the desired country with Job Hunt Visa)? What steps can I take to increase my chances of getting hired etc.

Any suggestions, in this regard, would be most welcome.

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?

Has anyone left an integrative MBB role for a more technical data science role? Has that helped increase the comp/wlb ratio?

I’ve gotten to the final stage in interview process at 5 places now to be told no. First and second interviews at a bunch of other places too. Starting to really feel drained. So much work for nothing

I have been interviewing at a company that I have wanted to work at since I was in undergrad. The issue is that they can’t offer me much more than I’m currently making, but they focus on family and making it affordable to have kids (I’m currently pregnant.) Yes, they know.
