Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

I got my MBA, but still not earning what I feel I should be paid. I here all these stories about how MBAs can start at 100k plus. Any stories out there or tips?

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?
