Need an insight regarding Barclays Salary structure. In my salary breakup they have provided 5,82,000 as a flexible benefit plan. Will I be getting this all in my in-hand salary? Or it is like a variable pay? And apart from fix pay, what should I expect from Barclays like bonus/petks? Any help will be appreciated.

Hello. My client wants us to do a PFS (under fla stat and fla rules) in a federal court case. An associate told me that it’s pointless in federal court. Anyone research this?

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
