Standard chartered - Counter party credit risk Team lead role with 25% hike on my current fixed CTC.
Capgemini - Banking and Capital markets practice domain - Consultant - with 40% hike on my fixed CTC.
Which one should I join if I want to make my career in Banking/Financial Services sector .
Referring to further aspects as well in terms of growth.

Offers :
1. Local Bank >> Business Change management role (COO org) >> 152k Base + 30k bonus(to be paid in March 2023) + challenging work culture + 3 months NP

2. Global Bank >> BA + PM role (CTO org) >> 160k Base + 20k bonus( to be paid in Mar 2023) + Regular work culture + 2 months NP

Last Tuesday, I had a partner interview with PwC Australia. Partner told me that I would receive a result until the end of previous week. But I haven’t received it yet. I emailed Responsible recruiter last Friday but the feedback was not available at that time. Today I decided to follow up again regarding interview result and she told me that she has received feedback and wanted to call me tomorrow. Does it mean that she will give reason for rejection? What should I expect from this call?

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? Do international companies provide something else in lieu of a formal offer letter? I know offer letters aren’t legally binding anyhow, but seems they’d provide something. (International = Canada)

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. Is it wrong for me to expect either a promotion or to be paid to train this person?

I am finishing up my second year of practice as a lawyer. I transitioned to plaintiffs pi work from a boutique commercial litigation firm. I like the work and not having to bill. The issue I am having is managing volume. I have about 150 active files some pre-lit and the rest are in litigation. Cases range in value from very small to low six figures. I also take the driver seat for the grunt work on the firms bigger cases which are at or near 7 figure value. I constantly feel (cont.)

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.

I'm doing work from home and staying in parental house but I want to claim HRA. So far I have not made any online transactions particularly showing rent amount.

Last year I made receipts from cleartax, put stamp ticket and signature of landlord, it got approved for 8300 per month amount.

My monthly salary slip HRA is 15k. How much amount can I claim this year living in tier 3 city, I will show my father or relative uncle as the landlord? Is this possible?
