1. Can we fill the ITR for previous years? If yes then...Will it cause any issue?

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
