What I do is take one offer and then start process for next company and ask more than previous offer.
LTI
LTI good v s one of the best packages in service industry. But since you quoted less so they are being skeptical. If you can convince them you will surely join them then they will increase your package for sure. Especially if client round is done.
Compare the lowest by highest offer
Assume the company you want to join has offered in between. Approach them first with highest offer and tell to revise/ match. Make sure not to share the entire offer document. Just the payment portion, where your name is blurred out.
Assume the company you are keeping least priority has 20% less CTC than highest offer. Note that you can get a pushy with them and ask to revise with a 50% hike from current. Be very very agressive, as you are least likely to join them
The company which gave you highest CTC, talk to them at the very last. Ask for a maximum of 10% hike if you want to, or not. As they are already offering you highest
