Interviewing for senior audit role at a small tech company, interviewed with 7 people so far. Recruiter ghosts me for 1 month and now she wants me to do more interviews. During the 1 month of ghosting I applied for an internal transfer at EY and have interview next week. Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up
