In hand salary?

Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks
Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

If we look at the scenario of mnc and the way they offer the salary is ridiculous. I have some important pointers here didn't mean to demotivate you.
1.Considering 8+ YOE in UI/ UX, your current salary is underpaid.
2.talking about Capgemini offer they are giving you hike of 50% based on your current salary. Assuming they way these HR technicalities work they are fair with the offer.
Some strategy pointers would be
1. Keep on searching for more offer and use Capgemini offer to counter the new offer and raise the bar of salary
2. Another way is take the Capgemini offer and keep on hunting for new job and raise the salary bar after 6 to 7 months.
Wish you all the best.
Try to get into Fintech or startup they offer interesting salaries.
OPs work and portfolio also is a factor not just the company
Dude... Looking at your experience... You're extremely underpaid.
