Capgemini giving me 14.7 CTC
Weatherford - 15CTC

I am working for Tech Mahindra - 9.50CTC.

I expected CTC from Capgemini in-between 18 to 20 at the very first, and they agreed, and now they are saying they can’t offer me more than 14.7CTC. What should I do?

Can anyone tell me how much Capgemini offer for UX designer. 8+ YOE.

Has anyone had success renegotiating pay while remaining in the same position? The last two years have significantly changed my local market and the less-than-inflation federal pay raises are not cutting it. I'd be seeking 3 steps within my current grade, but I don't know if my management even has a mechanism to make the change if they wanted to. I am aware of the Quality Step Increase, but I don't think that's the solution here.

I would like to know which company is best and do I need to negotiate more on the offers?  

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?

PS: This was my first interview in the switching process so I’m not sure if I could have landed better offers or if this is the best I could get.
