Meditation
Try to get enough sleep every day (even when working for 15-16 hrs).
Duration of enough sleep varies from person to person but it should be atleast 7 hrs a day.
I took ashwagandha.
Excercise 20-30 min daily

Along with meditation, sleep and exercise, I feel consistency in small daily habits makes the biggest difference.
Even simple things like staying hydrated, balanced nutrition and a fixed routine can really help improve energy and reduce stress over time.
