Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??
