capgemini for Sr Mern stack now they are asking me to come for 2nd round of interview near by any capgemini , i am from Mp so there is no any branch here. i have to go pune hinjewadi for interview

So should i go or not . right now i don’t have any offer also its been a long time i didnt took any interview (mainly hr round).
i asked them to take interview on call but they are not agreeing to it.

Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. My dream is to go independent do mobile/rig welding and repair then potentially have my own shop/store front. I have all the equipment and truck setup to start but don’t know where or how. Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)
