Hi Folks,
A year and a half ago, I received an offer from JPMC but couldn’t join due to personal reasons. Now, after clearing all the rounds again and submitting the required documents, the HR team informed me that since I had declined the offer 1.5 years ago, they cannot proceed with my candidature. Is there any way to convince them, or is it a policy that prevents rehiring candidates who previously declined an offer?

Are there any tax professionals in the Lancaster, PA area that are looking to leave public? The recruiter for my company says there's no one out there and I get that a LCOL area in Pennsylvania won't have the applicant pool as a bigger city but I find it hard to believe there are no tax people available for the jobs we have.

Hii Fishes, I am java fullstack with 9 yoe, currently based out of thane Mumbai have offers from HERE Technologies mumbai goregaon , HSBC India India pune, Citi pune. All are giving almost same CTC with almost same role. Which organisation should i join . Also I have question if pune will suit me or not.
