How long does it take to hear back after the final round with panel Sanofi ? It's almost 3 days and the hiring manager told me you will have a HR round in the upcoming days. Still couldn't hear back from the HR.

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.

If there is anyone willing to take a look at my resume and give me feedback on gaps they see in my experience that would be leading to this i’d appreciate it! If in fact I’m not the right fit now I would really appreciate knowing what to work on to make myself a stronger candidate in the future!

This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
