I was informed that I was selected and shared my joining date as Jan 19, but still I haven’t received any further updates yet. Also there is no response from HR via Phone and Emails

Could you please let me know guys, how to track or suggest me the alternate solution for this.

Could you let me know what your employer contributions to your company pension scheme are?
For instance, they contribute half of your contribution up to a maximum of 3%. Before any tax incentives etc.
Interested to see the variances, it seems to be substantial from what I've seen. If it changes with level/seniority, please make that clear as well so we can differentiate between companywide averages and individual circumstances / positioning.

Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. A lot of what I’ve done in last year overlaps ProdM responsibilities but I recognize it is a change. Am I reaching too much for a PM role? How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ?
