Hi Folks,I got selected at KPMG KGS on 29th May, submitted all documents on 1st June, and HR discussed compensation with me on 3rd June. When I followed up on 5th June, HR mentioned that compensation approval is still pending.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive the offer letter after compensation approval? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know if internal recruiters get extra compensation for bringing in a candidate to a team? Like some sort of commission like external recruiters?
