I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

I was holding an offer from Cognizant and on my LWD itself I got an offer from a product based company. I have decided to go there. I called my recruiter for my offer declination, he mentioned, they'll blacklist me. For what time can they blacklist me? Will they blacklist me forever?

They can't blacklist you if you're already black.

Tcs blacklist people who do not join after accepting OL, I guess other services companies must be doing the same.
If you want to guide people with your complete knowledge then also explain how Tcs HR removed your previous offer and generated a new one?
My Tcs offer letter is still visible in ibegin portal and Tcs Hr told they cannot proceed as I already accepted offer letter in 2020.
They don't have time to block/ blacklist, it's simple you can ask for counter which they won't be able to match or you can say, you are retained by your employer

I think yes, even I have asked a similar question recently but people are least bothered about the future and they're only focusing on the present.
CTS will not 'blacklist' you, as you will not commit some mischief by not joining them because you have a better offer by now. Write to CTS in a plain language about your situation and intention. You can also try to bargain with CTS. Why not? No harm to anyone. Best wishes in the New Year.
I have tried to negotiate multiple times with cognizant they are saying this is the final compensation they can offer and their business team is not approving any further in CTC(17Lpa including 45k variable pay).
They don't blacklist.
If you don’t want to join then why you accepted the offer… you don’t know the process of releasing offers and the hard work behind the approvals….
