Hi Folks, I joined DBS Tech with 3.3 years of experience and my designation was given as Analyst. I was offered 13 LPA fixed. I want to know what is the eligibility criteria for becoming and associate and when does promotion happens? Can they give mid year promotions? I heard that we need to wait at least 2 years for promotion is it true? I will be grateful if someone helps me understand this.
