Hi Folks. I joined Deloitte USI on 13th as an SDET II. Today a manager called me for project interview and it didn't go well. I am really worried now. I thought it would just be a normal technical discussion but it was a proper technical interview. When will I get more opportunities ? Anything to do from my side ? I am mapped into GPS. Scenario: US visa expired in 2021. Applied for a Canadian tourist visa to hopefully go for H-1B stamping in Canada once they open appointments.
Biometrics completed. Haven’t received any comm regarding my tourist visa approval. My partner already revived the visa long ago even if we allied together. Could it be because my US visa has expired? The reason I gave for applying for visitor visa was just for tourism purposes.

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? Is it true that except behavioural and harrasment ground; TCS will not fire anyone? Due to bad performance; unallocation, "stay in bench for more than a month" cause any job threat in TCS just like other organization?
