Anyone else feel like the markets always conspire against them? I.e. I have a “fun money” day trading account and bought two stocks about a year ago. Sold them because they weren’t doing anything and I found a more attractive investment and then they’re up literally 60% over the next three days after a year of 0 movement.

Shoulda just sold my stocks to pay my taxes instead of holding and using cash 😂🥲. Same result - except now I have to hold longer
