I have been given rank 42(senior tech lead 3) for my 12+ years of experience . Is that correct one ? I'm not much aware of the ranking and designation in EY, could you tell me if this is corect or should I ask something else for my experience? Prudent is asking for top up of 3,7,10,15 so if i choose 3 lakh then i will get benifit of 7 lakh right as my offer letter had 4 lakh ?
