Hi Fishes, I have received an offer for the role of Senior Manager (Accountant) from Congnizant for 20LPA (66% higher than current CTC) & Flexible Work Location. I'm already due for promotion in my current organization which gives me 20% hike from July 2022. If I consider this hike. Cognizant offer 20LPA is 38% increase. Should I ask more from Cognizant? I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
What are my options here ?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
