I'm serving my notice period with 45 days left. I've cleared all rounds in a few MNC interviews, but HR discussions are still pending or delayed.
Is anyone else facing the same issue? Why are companies not fast-tracking candidates who are already on notice period?

Sanity check. Going to preface this by saying I'm not in a rush. I wanted to get some good consulting experience so joined EY out of UG. Got early promo, but I've reached the point where I'm no longer growing (learning) much on my current team. I've become very interested in PE and want to give that a shot. I lack the resume experience.

Thinking to move within EY to an M&A focused group SaT or EYP. Do ~2 years and see if I still want that. Will that tick the box for most PE shops?

How's the job security at Accenture as such? I know that last year, they sacked people ruthlessly and now are facing a resource crunch. Also that they mandatorily place poor performers in PIP.

But how is it in general? Should I perform as per expectation, can I be relaxed about the job security aspect or do you always need to be on your toes?
