A few weeks ago I sent my resume in for a PCA posting. I’m qualified for the position yet never heard anything back. Not even a confirmation that my application was received. Is there anyway to reach out about it or should I just forget it and move on?

I am a Nurse Practitioner, with experience in primary care and oncology. I am looking to leave direct patient care and hoping to find a role either in administration, as a health ethnographer or maybe even in education (with a pharmaceutical company). I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

What happens to remaining paid leaves and sick leaves after year end, that is 31st Dec. Do they lapse or get added to next year's leaves or is it compensated?
