Hi folks just need to suggestion I resigned on Feb end and my project is gng to end on March 31st , i said my manager to release early considering my last working day as 31 March , he said because anyway project is gng to end on 31 March then we will be on bench he said he initiated the process and got approval and waiting for hr approval do I need to ask hr about the update on this any suggestions or any reply would be helpful.

Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?
