On December 23rd, I received an offer for 601 grade with a fixed salary of 30.5 LPA, based on my 7 years of experience. This represents a 30% hike over my current pay. However, I had initially mentioned a salary expectation of 34 LPA before the interview, and I negotiated for this amount.

Is there any chance HR might increase the offer from the current amount? HR was initially resistant, but towards the end of the call, she mentioned she would check with manager.

Anyone have their PMP certification? Worth the time and effort? Do you think it’s helped bumped you to a top candidate when applying for jobs?

Which bonus should I expect for referring someone at LLP: the AFS or LLP bonus amount?

Qualified Dividends: I’m expecting $650-$750 qualified dividend in 2021. Salary and base about $250 total. Questions: what tax rate will the qualified dividend be taxed at? The 15% or 20%? Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team specialized in resource management. I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason. On Friday the headhunter said that they’re not sourcing new candidates and it’s probably just LinkedIn automatically refreshing the listing. We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

Does JP Morgan match the offer to retain employees, and if yes do they do it immediately before the NP ends or do they revise it in next appraisal cycle.

In my offer letter, nothing is mentioned about variable pay, but the recruiter had mentioned to me about 0-12% variable. Am I missing anything. Do they have any variable component in the salary or not.

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.
