Offer details (Generative AI developer role):

IBM 27 LPA + 2 JB
Genpact 28 LPA + 1.5 JB + 10% variable
TCS 28.5 LPA
Altimetrik: 30.5 LPA

I would appreciate your suggestion, as I need to make a decision within the next few days.
