Hi Friends, Currently I am working in Accenture Level: 9. Package: 13.5 fixed. Total YoE : 12.5yrs. I am from Finance background. Gradually I moved into Business Intelligence. I have joined Accenture last year August. I know the package I am receiving is comparatively low. I am learning Cloud. Now My query is, should I be focusing on up skiling my technical expertise or should I be moving into the management side. Your genuine advise is appreciated. Thank you in advance ☺️
