I have worked on multiple Google projects and tools, ranging from spreadsheets to Google Data Studio. Basis familiarity with the Google systems, I have applied to endless jobs in the organisation. However, I have no idea why is it sooooo difficult to even get an HR call for the screening.

That's a quick jump (December to now), but IBM is a decent company and your logic makes sense.
You need to mkae your own decision and figure out what's best for you!
That seems like a massive jump. I think CG WLB varies based on project so it's not a guarantee. I would try to see if IBM matches your pay because I don't think it's worth switching to get paid less IMO
Hi,
I'm not sure about wlb in CG. But in IBM, most of the projects have wlb. I'm working for IBM and even I have a baby. I'm able to manage very well. But pls don't switch to IBM thinking that u can wfh for so long. WFH depends on your project and your manager. If you are ok to loose 4 lakhs money over wlb, u can join IBM. If at all u r switching, don't worry that such a short switch affects your career. Going fwd, show this 1 month as a gap. Don't mention anywhere that u have worked for CG for 1 month. Also try convincing CG team with a valid reason for your switch so that you don't get blocked in CG for future interviews. Good luck :)
BTW, what is your tech stack?
