I'm a Full Stack Developer (Java , Angular , Node , AWS , Kafka) with a 6 YOE .
Haven't yet explored the data analytics or AI/ML related courses or projects/handson. With current growth in AI ML , Gen AI fields , how long do you think the FSD jobs will be there in market and should we start learning about AI ML for migration in near future or stick to diversify current stack like learning react , devOps etc etc.
Please share your thoughts , experience and opinions.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I always lacked the hardware side and thought this was a good move but I feel like I’m losing my digital skills and don’t enjoy the work. I’m in it for 7 months now.

R Systems - 28 LPA - Remote

YOE - 6.5 years

Looking for stability, decent WLB and good growth opportunity. Difference of 1-2 lacs doesn't matter too much.
