my current basic pay is 16k(ctc:5
25 lpa ) , as I'm switching to other company,my new basic pay is 40k ( CTC:10.5 lpa ) .

Is this basic pay is higher or is it okay ? And could you please help me to understand the pros and cons of higher basic pay,please.

I am an Senior iOS developer. YOE is 8.5. Currently getting 13 LPA. Getting promotion in a month with 25 to 30 percent hike which comes nearly 16.8 LPA. I cannot able to relocate now due to family dependency reasons. I heard iOS developer salary market is good. I am having a very good work life balance in the current company. I am in a confusion. Should I look for opportunities with PWFM or stay in current company? Am I making low pay as per market trends?

We’re having some trouble figuring out how to give pricing and packages in a way that helps clients understand what they’re getting on design/photography side and how we came to our estimate.
