Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

I'm currently working as a SWE and am interested in learning about the PM role and the experiences of others who switched to PM from a different role.
I enjoy customer engagement and planning/timelining work in an agile manner. These make me think I'd be a good fit for the role but I have some concerns/questions:
1. What is the pay-range compared to the average SWE pay range?
2. What skills are critical for the PM role?
3. Should I obtain Agile PM certificates?
4. Anything else I should know :)

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. I have joined Hexaware recently (20 days ago). But project went on hold, for which i was hired for. And on bench now and not getting projects for my skillsets ( Informatica Cloud, IICS, Azure).
