Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Cut to now, 6 months into a new copywriting role at huge tech company. My salary almost quintupled overnight. I think I’m doing great, but that depends on the day and who I work with (no other writers by the way).

Hi Fishes, I am a Talend ETL developer with 2.2 yrs of exp at TCS. But I have not learned that much in the current project I am in, it's all migration and excels now😅. So, now I want to shift to a product based startup or mid level company in React JS technology for which I have already started preparation separately. Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
