I joined amazon a year ago , I got termination from my previous company due to covid crisis, while at that time I received only 2.8LPA as a B.Tech fresher . When I joined amazon with 1yr exp , they offered me 3.5LPA , I agreed straight away with that offer but I feel I was always been happy with what HRs offered later I felt I was underpaid from beginning, What exactly the CTC that I have to negotiate with HR, with the skills that I have as a experienced candidate, please suggest your valuable thoughts

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
