@EY GDS>23.5L fixed+10% variable
I had declined the offer from EY, today the EY Hr called and offered me 26L fixed verbally and said If I say yes then she will release the new offer letter. My LWD is 3rd Jan and both are giving 6th Jan joining date. I am confused now about where I should join.

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
My DoJ is in the fourth week of July. When do we generally expect these communications?
