Can someone please guide me on which topics or area I need to focus more on to clear the interview.
I have given a few interviews and haven't cleared it so I'm feeling very low at this point of time.

I have cleared technical interview at @EXL and have also given another round of interview with VP.

Q1. How long does the VP round feedback take normally?

My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I am looking for a switch, how much compensation/ salary would be fair to ask on the basis of my experience and skill set?

I'm currently working with Deloitte USI as a Proposal analyst and got an offer from CTS with decent hike and hometown location as a Senior Business Development Analyst. Will it be a good move considering work life balance, job security and work pressure keeping in mind the recent resession and attrition.
